MANILA, Philippines — The University of Santo Tomas (UST) has lost its case that had sought to prosecute and stop four United States-bound nurses from leaving for allegedly reneging on their agreement to teach at the said institution for at least two years in exchange for their having been granted financial assistance for further studies.
