MA's and CNA's differ greatly in both duties and work location. As a medical assistant you work in a physician's office and assist with routine exams, vaccinations, blood draws, etc. CNA's work in hospitals or assisted living facilities, and they primarily work with the aging population to assist with wound care and personal hygeine (nail clipping, batheing, adult diaper changing). So you have to think about what suits your personality and interests more.
