These classes prepare you to take the CNA exam. To be an LPN you will have to go to a technical school although there may be some hospital programs still around. Then you will take a state board exam.CNA takes just a few weeks, LPN takes an entire year but pay is twice as much or more than a CNA.Good luck in whatever you decide.
