		<description>I don&#39;t know about Virginia, but I know that in many other states, nursing and convalescent centers will hire people for CNA positions who don&#39;t yet have certification and train them for free, because they are in such demand.  You usually have to sign a contract to continue to work there for 6 or 12 months, or else you have to pay back the training costs.

Just something to look into.
