This means that you are asking the new state to recognize the approval you received from your home state. Contact the State registry in your home state and request a "Application for Enrollment By Reciprocity". Ask them if you should send the completed form to them or to the state to which you are moving. The contact information for the state registry can be found at www.4cnas.com This site offers a free listing of schools that offer CNA Training programs www.4cnas.com You can also contact your state registry for a listing of accredited CNA training programs in your area. The Contact information for the state registry can also be found on this website.
References :
www.4cnas.com
