*Contact a healthcare facility directly via newspaper advertisements offering Nursing Assistant training classes.
*Call your local Community College and ask if they offer Nursing Assistant classes.
*CNA Classes may also be taken through the Red Cross. Click here to find the Red Cross in your area.

I took the Nursing Assistant course offered at our local community college. It was a 6 credit/1 quarter course and after I finished with it I was qualified to register as a Nursing Assistant and eligible to take the state exams for certification to work as a CNA, or as it is often called in our state a NA-C. I absolutely loved the course! It is offered at most of the local community colleges in our area, so I would imagine that one near you may offer it as well. I would start looking there. Good luck!
