In PA they usually start at $12 to $14 an hr. The most I ever heard of someone getting is $18 an hr. It is hard to find a job in this field because so many ppl go to school for it. But there are also other jobs you can get out of being a MA. You can also be an EKG tech and a Phlebotomists.
